32-year-old Andres Hernandez is currently recovering in a hospital
after being attacked & nearly beaten to death by his ex-girlfriend
and her two new lovers.

via ABC:

Glenda Rodriguez, 33, and Luis
Figueroa, 18, are now facing a list of felony charges including
attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault. Figueroa’s
16-year-old girlfriend is an alleged accomplice. Her records however are
sealed, as she is a juvenile.
Hernandez and Rodriguez lived in a
home along the 12300 block of Charles Road in Silver Spring. Figueroa
and his 16-year-old girlfriend also resided in the home. According to
charging documents filed in Montgomery County District Court, Hernandez
recently discovered Rodriguez and his roommates engaging in group sex,
commonly referred to as a “threesome.”
“The room was right adjacent to him;
he could hear everything and saw her [Rodriguez] coming out of the
room,” Hernandez’s cousin, Miguel Ortiz, told ABC 7 News.

Upset by the secret love affair,
Hernandez began to badmouth his then girlfriend and roommates. The trio
was deeply offended by his remarks. Cell phone records later obtained by
detectives revealed a premeditated attack. One text message exchange
between Rodriguez and Figueroa detailed how they were going to “make him
[Hernandez] pay.”
During the early morning hours of
Dec. 7, Rodriguez, Figueroa and Figueroa’s girlfriend were driving in
the area of Plyers Mill Road and Douglas Avenue. There, police say, the
livid lovers stumbled upon a Porta Potty and devised a peculiar plan to
harm Hernandez.
Court records allege the two
teenagers exited the car, grabbed a tire iron from the trunk and then
hid in the outdoor bathroom. Meanwhile, Rodriguez called her
ex-boyfriend, who’d recently moved-out, and offered him sex. Hernandez
agreed and the embattled couple engaged in sexual intercourse in
Rodriguez’s car, which was parked next to the Porta Potty.
Minutes later, police say, Figueroa
popped out of the john, tire iron in hand, and proceeded to brutally
beat Hernandez until rendering him unconscious. The trio then hopped
into Rodriguez’s car and sped away.
“They only hit him in the head, nowhere on the body, because they wanted to kill him,” Ortiz added.
Paramedics transported Hernandez to
Suburban Hospital with four deep cuts, three to his head. The
lacerations required a lot of stitches and staples, but the 32-year-old
is expected to make a full recovery.
“All we want is justice, because
there was no reason for them to do what they did to him,” Ortiz
concluded. “There was no reason to do it.”
Should a jury find them guilty, a
judge could sentence Rodriguez and Figueroa to life in prison. Both will
return to Montgomery County District Court on Jan. 23 for their next
hearing.

Be careful who you get involved with. There are some truly crazy people out there.
