Singapore’s Founding Father Dies at 91

Singapore’s founding father Lee Kuan Yew has died at the age of 91.

Lee passed away at the Singapore General Hospital early on Monday, March 23.

He had been admitted into the hospital over a month ago and had been
receiving treatment for severe pneumonia and a subsequent infection.

Lee became the architect of Singapore’s prosperity after he
transformed the nation from a small port city into a wealthy global hub
