Bruce Jenner Threatens to Sue Over Photos of Him in a Dress

Bruce Jenner is unhappy with the New York Daily News and CNN for
publishing photos of him wearing a dress last week. In fact, he’s
threatening legal action.

Make no mistake, while the reality star is unashamed of his recent
revelation, he believes that photographers and media outlets violated
his privacy because the photos were taken by a telephoto lens from as
far as a mile away. He was at his Malibu home at the time the photos
were taken.

Bruce’s attorney released the following statement:

“The photos were clearly unlawfully
taken from a very long distance using an enhancement device. Bruce
Jenner is going to enforce his right to privacy.”

California law states that photographers can be prosecuted for using
telephoto lenses to photograph people engaged in familial activity.

We won’t be sharing the photos of Bruce wearing a dress because we
respect his right to privacy (and because we don’t want any problems),
but we’re sure the crafty will find them somehow.

Thoughts?
