Oh No! Britney Spears Takes a Tumble on Stage in Las Vegas [Video]

Britney Spears hit the floor during her Las Vegas show last night — but not in a good way.

While performing her hit “Crazy,” the singer came down on her ankle the wrong way and wound up falling to the stage.

After a few moments on the ground (still managing to ‘sing’), Brit was helped to her feet by her dancers and finished the show.

She took to Twitter afterwards to let fans know that she’s okay.

Thank you for all of the sweet wishes! Had a little scare on stage tonight with my ankle but I’m ok! ??
