After nine years, Dwayne Johnson and girlfriend are expecting a baby

Dwayne ‘The
Rock’ Johnson and his singer-songwriter girlfriend Lauren Hashian may
be hearing the patter of tiny feet in early 2016.
The couple, who’ve been together for nine years, are expecting a baby together, according to a report published on RadarOnline on Wednesday.
‘Dwayne
and Lauren couldn’t be more thrilled,’ an unnamed source told the
gossip website. ‘They’ve been rock solid for about nine years now and
felt it was time to expand their family.’

The pair married in 1997 after meeting at the University of Miami and announced their amicable split in June 2007.
Simone lives with her mom in Florida and regularly spends time with her famous dad. 
The
former pro wrestler launched his successful movie career with the part
of The Scorpion King in the 2001 film The Mummy Returns and has gone on
to enjoy huge box office success.

He is
currently prepping to reprise his role as Hobbs in the eighth film in
the Fast & Furious franchise and is starring in the HBO
sports-themed dramedy Ballers.
In an interview for the August issue of Esquire magazine, Johnson said his home life is ‘solid’ and he that’s important for his big screen success.
‘We
do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the
success end, but then Lauren isn’t mentioned and my daughter isn’t
mentioned,’ he said. 
‘I
always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in
there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there.’
