Thanks to one stranger’s random act of kindness, one eight-year-old boy’s dream of meeting John Cena came true.
That stranger was Robert Tijerina, who reportedly learned of a boy named Mason and his wish to meet his wrestling idol via Facebook. Mason has a rare genetic disorder that prevents his skull from growing normally known as Pfeiffer syndrome.
Tijerina was inspired to get things moving, purchasing Mason tickets to WWE’s Night of Champions—and later, a meet-and-greet with Cena.

According to Uproxx, Mason has undergone 62 surgeries to date, making Cena’s motto of “Never give up” a fitting match.
