Genevieve Nnaji, Ishaya Bako, Ben Murray Bruce, Onyeka Onwenu & More at the Abuja Premiere of “Road to Yesterday”

The movie ‘Road to Yesterday’ had its Abuja premiere on Wednesday, November 25th at the Silverbird Cinemas.
The audience were enthralled that Genevieve Nnaji staged a return by being the producer and the lead actor in the movie of the feature film by The Entertainment Network (TEN).
Genevieve plays the role of ‘Victoria’ the conflicted wife and mother while Oris Erhuero plays the role of ‘Izu’ the unloving husband.
Road to Yesterday is an epic love story, about a couple desperate to mend its marriage on a road trip to a relative’s funeral. However when memories and secrets from the past are revealed, a lot more is at stake than their relationship.
The movie is celebrated because all the talents which include the cast and crew are Nigerians. Some of them include Chioma ‘Chigul’ Omeruah and veteran Ebele Okaro while Ishaya Bako directed the movie.
Dignitaries that attended the event includes Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the Minister for Information, Culture and Tourism; Senator Ben Murray Bruce, the founder of the Silverbird Group and Onyeka Onwenu.
