CAC Lists Peoples Club Nigeria, 14 Other Fake Companies Operating With Fraudulent Registration Numbers

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has issued a strong warning to Nigerians after identifying 15 entities, including Peoples Club Nigeria, that are operating with fraudulent or invalid registration numbers. The announcement follows a surge in public reports about questionable business practices across the country.

In a notice shared on X, the CAC urged citizens and organisations to be extremely cautious when dealing with any of the listed names. Although the Commission regularly publishes compliance warnings, this particular update was prompted by a growing number of complaints involving suspicious corporate activities.

3. Dialack Concept Nig. Ltd (RC 297772),
4. Purpleheart Construction and Real Estate Mgt. Co. Ltd (RC 1210548),
5. M/S Loktu Enterprises (BN 373466),
6. Loktu Enterprises (BN 400390),
7. Badatoyak Ltd (RC 521322),
8. Johnson Nats Limited (RC 198492),
9. Peoples Club Nigeria International (CAC/IT/41191),
10. Jiba Enterprise (BN 577523),
11. Civil Engineering Solutions Nigeria Limited (RC 33001),
12. Gabdoff Hotel Ltd (RC 112409),
13. Amoka Group (BN 545221),
14. BEEC Nigeria Limited (RC 30143), and
15. S. Adetunji (BN 657466).

CAC Advises Strict Verification Measures

To prevent falling victim to fraud, the Commission advised the public to always confirm business identities by using the CAC’s online verification portal, requesting incorporation documents for sensitive or high-value transactions, and avoiding payments to unverifiable entities. It further encouraged citizens to report any suspicious companies to the appropriate authorities.

The CAC fake company alert highlights the Commission’s renewed push to strengthen corporate transparency, protect consumers, and curb illegal business operations nationwide.
