Sister Khloé applauded the photo shoot, writing on Instagram: “Simply stunning for @dujourmedia She truly is the most beautiful pregnant woman.”

Kourtney’s mom Kris Jenner was also a proud momager.

“I can BARELY wait @kourtneykardash you are beautiful!!!!!! #grandchildnumber4 #Godisgood #blessed,” the matriarch shared alongside one of Kourt’s photos.

In August, Kourtney posted a
side-by-side shot of her pic (presumably the one she took when she had
Mason) and her mom’s, captioning the above snapshot: “I got it from my
