After being sued by a Detroit woman claiming that Empire stole her life story (and after reports surfaced that Marvin Gaye’s son is gearing up to sue Empire), the FOX hit has been hit with another lawsuit—this time for a whopping $500 million.
Like those before him, the plaintiff alleges that Empire stole his show idea.
Per TMZ:

Solomon” back in 2007 … which bears a lot of similarities to “Empire.”
